filling my days with cheese things. Tasting, study, cheese
washing, talking, researching selling.....
Brent milks,
herds, and is present for all births a is in charge of the
cheese kitchen. Alessandro takes care of the documents, health
department, sales, part time milker, baby certificates and is
official cheese taster. His ratings range from "YUM!" to "Oh
my God" to "No, no no no!"
